Our standard shipping is $10, order within the United States. We charge $15 flat rate for Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. For international export shipping rates are $20-30 per order (duty fee not included). We use First-class shipping, it usually takes within 2 weeks. Upgrading your shipping is available for additional fees as insurance cover fee if the post office have it. We are not responsible about mail lost package by post office. You can check the shipment update at the yahoo.com system which can say your package has been send out, as soon as you order it.
Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. For information about duties, taxes and /or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package. Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to international destinations cannot be gift wrapped. Additionally, we do not include flat pack gift boxes in international shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
For any reason with a purchase, if you are dissatisfied, you can return or exchange it. Our return policy requires you ship within 60 days upon receiving. All item must be returned in original condition with all original tags in place the merchandise. Email your return shipment tracking number to us. No returns will be accepted after the 60 days had been posted. Customer pays for all return expenses. We recommend your shipment can be tracked.
All undeliverable, refused or unclaimed shipments will be refunded for the merchandise amount after we have received the returned shipment.
